La \u00fanica raz\u00f3n por la que hemos decidido hacer esta excepci\u00f3n es porque hemos conseguido que un verdadero experto, una eminencia reconocida internacionalmente en su campo, comparta sus conocimientos con nosotros: El Dr. Miguel \u00c1ngel Mart\u00ednez-Gonz\u00e1lez es catedr\u00e1tico de Salud P\u00fablica en la Universidad de Navarra, profesor visitante en Harvard, cardi\u00f3logo y uno de los principales investigadores europeos en el campo de la medicina preventiva y la nutrici\u00f3n.
