Al igual que muchos productores, se cri\u00f3 en un hogar dedicado a la agricultura y decidi\u00f3 profundizar en su conocimiento asistiendo a la escuela de agronom\u00eda. Sin embargo, pronto empez\u00f3 a darse cuenta del impacto negativo que el cambio clim\u00e1tico -y las pr\u00e1cticas convencionales- estaban teniendo en su explotaci\u00f3n y, tras realizar bastantes trabajos de consultor\u00eda para otras explotaciones, se dio cuenta de que no estaba solo.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sergio decidi\u00f3 que hab\u00eda que hacer algo y convenci\u00f3 a su padre para que se pasara a la agricultura 100% ecol\u00f3gica y, poco despu\u00e9s, a la regenerativa. En este episodio nos cuenta c\u00f3mo un cambio en la mentalidad de un agricultor puede cambiar su relaci\u00f3n con la tierra, el ecosistema y los consumidores. Sergio se ha propuesto ahora convencer y ayudar a otros agricultores en el camino hacia la agricultura regenerativa, a trav\u00e9s de su nueva organizaci\u00f3n, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orgo.eco\/\">Orgo<\/a>.\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Esta conversaci\u00f3n ha resultado ser profundamente inspiradora para nosotros, brindando un rayo de esperanza al mundo a menudo excesivamente te\u00f3rico de la regeneraci\u00f3n.
