Le nashi est tout cela \u00e0 la fois. D\u00e9couverte.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En japonais, <em>nashi<\/em> signifie poire.<\/strong> Pourtant \u00e0 y regarder de pr\u00e8s, ce fruit croquant a plut\u00f4t la forme d&rsquo;une pomme. Alors que son go\u00fbt particulier, sa texture juteuse et fondante rappellent davantage la poire. Bref, on s&#8217;embrouille. N&rsquo;arrivant pas \u00e0 trancher, en France et dans les ruches d&rsquo;Aquitaine on parle d&rsquo;une pomme-poire asiatique. Cultiv\u00e9e depuis 3000 ans en Chine, au Japon, en Cor\u00e9e, on ne la croise sous nos climats que depuis le d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 80.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4224\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4224\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/what-the-field\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/nashi-pears.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4224\" alt=\"Le nashi, quasi incapable de se reproduire tout seul a besoin de compagnie.\" src=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/what-the-field\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/nashi-pears.jpg\" width=\"700\" height=\"521\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4224\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Le nashi, quasi incapable de se reproduire tout seul a besoin de compagnie.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Il pousse o\u00f9 le nashi par chez nous\u00a0?<\/strong> En France, surtout au Sud de la Loire.\u00a0L\u00e0 o\u00f9 le sol est l\u00e9ger et profond, l&rsquo;hiver rigoureux mais sans grand vent. Et surtout l\u00e0 o\u00f9 se trouvent d&rsquo;autres arbres fruitiers. Cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 peu auto-fertile a besoin de poiriers williams pour polliniser ses fleurs et les transformer en fruits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces derniers se cueillent \u00e0 maturit\u00e9 (ils ne m\u00fbrissent plus une fois d\u00e9tach\u00e9s de l&rsquo;arbre) d\u00e8s le mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt et se conservent parfaitement jusqu&rsquo;au mois de janvier dans une cave a\u00e9r\u00e9e ou dans un frigo. <strong>Bonne nouvelle, le fruit est non seulement peu calorique<\/strong> (58 Kcal), tr\u00e8s rafra\u00eechissant (88 mg d&rsquo;eau\/100g), mais en plus il est particuli\u00e8rement riche en magn\u00e9sium (35mg\/100g) et en vitamines C. Il agit sur le syst\u00e8me nerveux (stress, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, nervosit\u00e9), facilite la digestion, imite la toux, produit des globules rouges, soulage les troubles digestifs et urinaires. Il est possible de peler sa peau, mais c&rsquo;est aussi ce qui donne son petit go\u00fbt qui le distingue des autres fruits. En cuisine, il se consomme souvent en confiture, en tartes, crumbles, poch\u00e9 aux \u00e9pices, associ\u00e9 au chocolat ou \u00e0 la rhubarbe, avec de la panna cotta. Il entre \u00e9galement dans des recettes sal\u00e9es avec du canard ou du saumon.
