Voil\u00e0 toute l’histoire. Adh\u00e9rente d\u2019AMAP depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, Karine Gallnhafer\u00a0d\u00e9sesp\u00e8re de voir tant de consommateurs ne pas adh\u00e9rer au concept des paniers de l\u00e9gumes qui lui est cher. Pourquoi ? Parce qu’ils manquent de temps, parce qu’ils ne savent pas forc\u00e9ment faire la diff\u00e9rence entre un scorson\u00e8re et un panais. Enfin, parce qu’ils n’ont souvent aucune id\u00e9e de comment les cuisiner. Alors elle se dit qu\u2019elle pourrait offrir le service de pr\u00e9parer elle-m\u00eame les crudit\u00e9s\u00a0: les laver, les couper et ainsi les mettre \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de tout un chacun. On appelle \u00e7a la \u00ab\u00a0fra\u00eeche d\u00e9coupe\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Karine est une femme p\u00e9tillante et pleine de vie. Lorsqu\u2019elle d\u00e9cide de se lancer dans son projet fou de l\u00e9gumerie, elle passe par l\u2019incubateur du groupe Poult, biscuiterie renomm\u00e9e de Montauban, dans laquelle elle travaille. Elle \u00e9labore alors son projet, celui de monter une l\u00e9gumerie ambulante, qu\u2019elle nomme \u00ab\u00a0On n\u2019est pas que des navets\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Bien dit !<\/p>\n

Sa boutique\u00a0?<\/strong> Un joli camion aux couleurs vitamin\u00e9es, qui contient tout le confort pour laver, \u00e9plucher, cuisiner. Et comme Karine va au bout de ses id\u00e9es, son v\u00e9hicule est autonome en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des batteries lithium. Des barres r\u00e9frig\u00e9rantes recharg\u00e9es la nuit assurent le frais toute la journ\u00e9e. Enfin, une cuve 150L d\u2019eau permet le lavage jusqu\u2019au soir. Les boites de l\u00e9gumes sont consign\u00e9es et le prix est fix\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 la taille de la boite, et non son contenant.<\/p>\n

Qui consomme au camion\u00a0?<\/strong> Des travailleurs du coin, qui viennent se ravitailler \u00e0 midi pour faire un repas sain et vitamin\u00e9. Des hommes ou femmes press\u00e9s qui souhaitent ramener chez eux du \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00eat \u00e0 cuisiner\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00eat \u00e0 croquer\u00a0\u00bb, selon l\u2019envie. Karine distribue entre 20 et 40 repas par jour \u00e0 midi et beaucoup de l\u00e9gumes pr\u00e9par\u00e9s\u00a0 \u00e0 emporter l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi.<\/p>\n

Les plus\u00a0?<\/strong> Karine s\u2019est rendu compte qu\u2019il fallait aller plus loin que la d\u00e9coupe des l\u00e9gumes pour satisfaire la demande. Elle se retrouve alors \u00e0 cuisiner les ingr\u00e9dients, pour les repas de midi ou les plats \u00e0 emporter du soir. On trouve donc \u00e0 la l\u00e9gumerie la boite \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9lange pour ratatouille\u00a0\u00bb, mais aussi la boite \u00ab\u00a0ratatouille cuisin\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, un service suppl\u00e9mentaire que notre entrepreneuse n\u2019avait pas imagin\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Son but ultime ?<\/strong> Aider \u00e0 s\u2019installer un ou deux jeunes mara\u00eechers en agriculture biologique, avec le soutien d\u2019un ou deux producteurs plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. Elle s’est ainsi engag\u00e9e avec des producteurs mara\u00eechers, en bio ou en charte AMAP, pr\u00e8s de Saint-Jory (Haute-Garonne).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

O\u00f9 trouver la l\u00e9gumerie\u00a0?<\/strong> C’est un vrai jeu de piste. Chaque jour l\u2019emplacement change mais reste toujours \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de Toulouse. On traque l’avanc\u00e9e du camion sur Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mon exp\u00e9rience ?<\/strong> Je me suis rendue \u00e0 Portet-Sur-Garonne un lundi \u00e0 midi pour rencontrer Karine. Et je suis repartie avec des boites de l\u00e9gumes crus pour l\u2019ap\u00e9ro du soir, un pain bagnat aux d\u00e9licieuses saveurs vitamin\u00e9es, une salade de fruits et une furieuse envie de manger sain\u00a0! Le tout pour une dizaine d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n
