Voici une recette facile de pain de courgettes \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 avoir sous la main pour les petits creux.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wrapper-p\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/what-the-field\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/zucchini-2-1-2.png\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"454\" class=\"attachment-medium_large size-medium_large\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Pain de courgettes \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e9pic\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour 6\u20138 portions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 180 g de courgette r\u00e2p\u00e9e (bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9e)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 120 ml d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 160 ml de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable ou miel<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 60 g de banane \u00e9cras\u00e9e (\u00bc d\u2019une banane moyenne)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 \u00bd c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019extrait de vanille<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 240 g de farine compl\u00e8te<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00bd c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00bd c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de muscade moulue<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00bc c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gingembre moulu<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00bd c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; zeste d\u2019une orange<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Optionnel : cranberries s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, noix<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C et beurrez un moule \u00e0 cake ou tapissez-le de papier cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>2. R\u00e2pez les courgettes, mettez-les dans un torchon et pressez pour enlever l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019eau. Pesez 180 g et mettez dans un grand bol.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ajoutez huile d\u2019olive, sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, \u0153ufs, banane et vanille, puis m\u00e9langez bien.<\/p>\n<p>4. Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langez farine, levure, bicarbonate, cannelle, muscade, gingembre, sel et zeste d\u2019orange.<\/p>\n<p>5. Incorporez les ingr\u00e9dients secs aux humides en deux fois, m\u00e9langez juste assez pour combiner. Ajoutez d\u00e9licatement cranberries et noix si vous voulez.<\/p>\n<p>6. Versez dans le moule, lissez et parsemez \u00e9ventuellement de noix ou cranberries.<\/p>\n<p>7. Faites cuire 50\u201355 min, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un cure-dent ressorte propre.<\/p>\n<p>8.
