Si vous accompagnez Friedrich dans sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de Gibrale\u00f3n, vous n’entendrez qu’une chose : un concert tonitruant de chants d’oiseaux. Mais derri\u00e8re cette idylle se cache une d\u00e9cision radicalement non conventionnelle prise il y a longtemps. Aujourd’hui certifi\u00e9 Demeter depuis 1994, il prouve que sa \u00ab\u00a0folie\u00a0\u00bb est la seule r\u00e9ponse logique \u00e0 la crise de nos sols. <\/p>\n

Il y a quarante ans, Friedrich est tomb\u00e9 amoureux du domaine \u00ab\u00a0Finca Jelanisol-Montebello\u00a0\u00bb lors d’une visite en Espagne. \u00c0 l’\u00e9poque, il travaillait pour un interm\u00e9diaire pour des fruits et l\u00e9gumes produits de mani\u00e8re conventionnelle. Deux choses se sont produites qui l’ont fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir : <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Un ami lui a offert un livre sur la permaculture de Bill Mollison, qui l’a inspir\u00e9e.<\/li>\n
  2. Il visitait un champ en Italie et cherchait d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment des vers de terre dans le sol. Lorsque l’agriculteur lui confirme qu’il n’y a pas de vers de terre \u00ab\u00a0parce qu’il n’y en a pas besoin\u00a0\u00bb, Friedrich commence \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Une vision globale : tout est connect\u00e9<\/h4>\n

    Pour Friedrich, l’agriculture n’est pas un processus isol\u00e9, mais fait partie d’un tout. Il a une vision tr\u00e8s holistique et philosophique du monde, dans laquelle tout – du microbiome du sol au consommateur – est li\u00e9. Pour lui, sa ferme n’est pas seulement un lieu de production, mais un organisme vivant dans lequel les hommes et la nature coexistent en harmonie. Il pense qu’une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pacifique ne peut \u00e9merger que si nous produisons en harmonie avec la nature. Si nous le faisons correctement, il y a assez pour tout le monde ; il suffit de ne pas d\u00e9truire les bases. <\/p>\n

    L’un des principaux moteurs de l’\u0153uvre de Friedrich est une profonde inqui\u00e9tude quant \u00e0 l’\u00e9tat de notre alimentation moderne. Il explique que de nombreux aliments que nous consommons aujourd’hui sont \u00ab\u00a0vides\u00a0\u00bb. Il fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux produits de l’agriculture conventionnelle qui, en raison des pesticides et d’un stockage prolong\u00e9, n’ont plus aucune valeur nutritionnelle significative. Il suit le principe \u00ab\u00a0sol sain = personne saine\u00a0\u00bb. Seule une terre vivante et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e peut produire des fruits qui nourrissent r\u00e9ellement le corps. <\/p>\n

    L’une des premi\u00e8res choses que Friedrich a faites a \u00e9t\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un grand \u00e9tang, non pas pour l’irrigation de la ferme, mais uniquement et exclusivement pour les oiseaux, les grenouilles, les canards et les poissons. Lorsqu’il pleut beaucoup, l’eau s’y \u00e9coule. Ils produisent eux-m\u00eames l’engrais organique \u00e0 l’aide de micro-organismes et alimentent les arbres en min\u00e9raux en continu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’irrigation au goutte-\u00e0-goutte. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
