Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, je le partage \u00e9galement avec notre communaut\u00e9 d\u2019agriculteurs, de clients et de fournisseurs. Ainsi, nous parvenons \u00e0 valoriser les efforts de tous, \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre nos \u00e9checs et \u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ensemble les succ\u00e8s obtenus. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>La durabilit\u00e9 est-elle pass\u00e9e de mode ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On lit de moins en moins de d\u00e9clarations d\u2019entreprises sur la durabilit\u00e9 sur LinkedIn ou dans la presse. C\u2019est comme si les responsables de la durabilit\u00e9 s\u2019\u00e9taient transform\u00e9s en gourous de l\u2019IA. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il semble que oui. Tout porte \u00e0 croire que la durabilit\u00e9 de fa\u00e7ade a perdu de sa force dans le monde des entreprises. Et ne nous y trompons pas : c&rsquo;est positif, car cela permet de r\u00e9duire le bruit et de laisser les actions parler d\u2019elles-m\u00eames. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La durabilit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle et concr\u00e8te est plus vivante que jamais chez La Ruche qui dit Oui !. Au cours de ce premier semestre, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 : <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2\u202f969 agriculteurs vendant leurs r\u00e9coltes \u00e0 un prix juste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9aliser des analyses de sol dans 47 nouvelles fermes pour mesurer l\u2019impact des pratiques r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices, et concevoir un programme agronomique avec les agriculteurs pour augmenter leur fertilit\u00e9 naturelle \u00e0 long terme. Avec ces 47, ce sont d\u00e9sormais 100 fermes qui font partie de notre programme d\u2019agriculture biologique r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\u202f794\u202f784,43 \u20ac de ventes de fruits et l\u00e9gumes en conversion biologique. Recevoir un prix juste, pr\u00e9visible et stable est particuli\u00e8rement crucial lorsqu\u2019un agriculteur est dans la phase d\u00e9licate de conversion au bio, car ses arbres subissent souvent une baisse de productivit\u00e9. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les ventes de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/fr\/all-is-good\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">All Is Good<\/a> (notre marque de produits transform\u00e9s) ont augment\u00e9 de 24 % par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Les produits All Is Good sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d\u2019exc\u00e9dents de r\u00e9colte ou de fruits fragiles qui ne peuvent pas voyager jusqu\u2019\u00e0 destination car ils risqueraient de pourrir en chemin. C\u2019est une fa\u00e7on de donner une valeur commerciale \u00e0 tous les fruits et l\u00e9gumes. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et de plus, nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 r\u00e9colter les fruits de nos efforts \u00e9conomiques. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 5 ans, nous avons termin\u00e9 le premier semestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e avec un EBITDA positif, et en croissance \u00e0 deux chiffres. Cela nous prouve que miser sur la vente directe de produits biologiques est rentable. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour atteindre cet EBITDA positif, nous avons tous d\u00fb faire des sacrifices et bien prioriser les postes de d\u00e9penses. Un exemple est que nous nous sommes d\u00e9sinscrits du label B Corp. Ce fut une d\u00e9cision difficile car ce label a des aspects positifs. Renouveler le label co\u00fbtait 16\u202f000 \u20ac cette ann\u00e9e et, avec du recul, m\u00eame s\u2019il est int\u00e9ressant qu\u2019une entreprise audite la durabilit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations, nous avons constat\u00e9 que nous n\u2019en tirions pas pleinement parti et que cet argent (une ressource rare dans notre startup) pourrait \u00eatre d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de formation pour les agriculteurs et \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation des salaires de certains profils de notre \u00e9quipe. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Succ\u00e8s \u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e9brer du premier semestre<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les succ\u00e8s doivent \u00eatre c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9s. Surtout ceux que tu poursuis, mais aussi ceux que tu obtiens presque sans le vouloir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019ai constat\u00e9 que lorsque tu t\u2019entoures de bonnes personnes, la mission qui vous unit est pure, motivante et ambitieuse ; en chemin, de bonnes choses se produisent auxquelles tu ne t\u2019attendais m\u00eame pas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce semestre, il nous est arriv\u00e9 quelque chose de curieux qui nous a beaucoup r\u00e9jouis. Nous n\u2019avons pas pour objectif d\u2019atteindre un certain pourcentage de jeunes agriculteurs vendant sur CrowdFarming, mais nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s heureux de constater que, naturellement, cette m\u00e9trique est bien sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la moyenne de l\u2019industrie. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Jeunes agriculteurs : <\/strong>42 % chez CrowdFarming contre 12 % en moyenne dans l\u2019agro-industrie.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c9crit par Gonzalo \u00darculo, agriculteur, PDG et cofondateur de CrowdFarming.
