Their farm
Il y a plus de 20 ans que Philippe a repris l'exploitation familiale du Ségur, dans le Ségala Tarnais, pour y perpétuer l'élevage de ses vaches laitières. En 2006, Sylvie le rejoint et la fromagerie sort de terre avec l'idée de proposer des produits laitiers respectueux des recettes familiales. Amoureux de nos vaches, très attaché à notre terroir, c'est aujourd'hui Florian qui rejoint la ferme, apportant avec lui une conversion à l'agriculture biologique (lait labellisé en janvier 2018).
