Their farm
Après avoir eu 2 chèvres comme animaux de compagnie en 2010, j'ai rapidement decidé d'en faire mon métier. Pour cela, j'ai suivi une formation au lycée agricole à Obernai de septembre 2011 à juin 2012 pour apprendre les bases de l'élevage caprin et de la transformation fromagère. J'ai créé mon élevage en mars 2012 et celui ci compte aujourd'hui 24 chèvres laitières et 2 "papas" boucs. A ce jour, je fais la traite des chèvres à la main et je fabrique chaque jour mes fromages. Je propose différentes variantes du fromage frais fabriquées en grande partie à partir de produits issus de mon jardin ou mon verger.
