Wir, die Familie Fockenbrock führen seit 2011 auf unserem Milchviehbetrieb eine Hofmolkerei und stellen aus der Milch unserer Kühe frische Hofmilchprodukte her: Frische Hofmilch in 2 Fettstufen, frischer Hofkakao, frische Hofschlagsahne und Hofjoghurt in Natur und in 4 Fruchtsorten.
Wir befinden uns in der Umstellung auf Bio, in Zusammenarbeit mit Bioland. Wir möchten nachhaltig, ökologisch und klimaneutral wirtschaften und handeln mit unseren Kindern und Mitarbeitern.
Unsere Kühe kommen von Mai bis Oktober auf die angrenzenden Wiesen am Hof und wir führen angemeldete Besuchergruppen gerne über unseren Hof und zeigen die gläserne Molkerei.
