Somos una pequeña granja de cría de Gallos de Corral, los criamos durante al menos un año, los sacrificamos con un peso de unos 3 kilos en matadero autorizado, los cocinamos en la cocina de nuestro restaurante a la manera tradicional, con almendra y piñónes de la zona, los envasamos y pasteurizamos y se los hacemos llegar entre 24 y 48 horas.
