Bonjour, je me présente Yolée Goletto, exploitante agricole en élevage ovin viande depuis 9 ans sur la commune de Mane (Alpes de Haute Provence). L'exploitation a été créée en 1950 par mon grand-père et reprise par mon père en 1972. Elle fonctionne en parfaite autonomie grâce à nos cultures fourragères et céréalières. Cette qualité d'alimentation associée à nos pâturages en colline et en alpage ont conduit notre élevage extensif de 850 brebis à être habilité en I.G.P. Agneau de Sisteron Label Rouge.
