Ik had als fervent theeliefhebber genoeg van de gekende geïndustrialiseerde theezakjes en heb puur uit interesse een opleiding THEESOMMELIER gevolgd. Van hieruit ontstond het idee om mijn eigen samenstellingen te maken.
