Hi! We are Ornella and Roberto, 2 italian wth passion for the buffalo world. Together we have the comapny La Burrata. We are specialized in Buffelburrata but we also produce buffalomozzarella and stracciatella. We go to buy milk from a bio farmer in Oudendijk and we work it in 24 hours from milking. We also take care of animals, and when a baby buffalo needs milk we are happy to leave milk for him.
