This section gathers seasonal food recipes shared by our farmers, our community, and the team, using organic and regenerative produce that comes straight from the fields. The idea is simple: food made with what’s in season, and as little waste as possible.

You’ll find recipes built around whole ingredients (skins, stems, and “odd” bits included), with practical guidance on how to use everything. You’ll also find notes from growers on peak ripeness, storage, and conservation tips. It’s field-to-kitchen cooking that’s in season, helps reduce waste and make the most of organic, regenerative ingredients.
